We show working families how to start a business, run it, and grow it — until your family is no longer living at the mercy of one paycheck. We call that Economic Freedom.
The films, the textbook, and the whole method. Free. All of it.
Some freedoms are given. This one you build.
Most people never try. Not because they couldn't do it — because nobody ever sat them down and explained how a business actually works. So it stays a someday idea.
Family Dream Machine exists to end that. We hand you the whole method, in plain words, for nothing. What you build with it is yours to keep. Your business. Your asset. Your family's.
You don't have to join to watch these. Watch first, decide after. That's the whole point.
The front door. Keith and Bond explain what this company is, who it's for, and — more usefully — who it is not for. Four minutes to decide honestly whether to keep walking.
The long one, and the one that matters most. Keith and Bond walk you down the four roads into a business of your own, and say plainly what each road asks of the person walking it.
Forty-seven seconds of Keith and Bond on a single idea. Proof that a short doesn't have to be a trailer for something longer.
Most people quit before they start because they think there's a single correct way to do this. There isn't. There are four, and they ask different things of you.
Somebody already built it, already has customers, and wants out. You skip the hardest part and pay for the privilege.
From nothing, on your own terms. The most freedom and the most weight on your shoulders.
Alongside the job you keep. Nights and weekends, with the paycheck still coming in. Slower, and far and away the safest road.
Partner, join, or build inside something already moving. You trade some control for shoulders next to yours.
Watch the film before you pick. Eleven minutes now can save you two years.
Not a year of paperwork. Most people start with a business plan, spend six weeks on it, and lose the idea somewhere in the middle. We go the other way around.
You talk, out loud, through about sixty questions. A couple of hours. This is where the real business gets found.
Six numbers. If they don't work, it is far better to know that now than after the money is gone.
A website is the cheapest complete model of a business. Build it and you can see the whole thing before you spend a dollar on anything else.
Nothing is real until somebody pays you. Everything before this step is preparation.
The marketing plan and the business plan fall out of the website. You don't write them first — you discover them.
No trial. No card. No countdown clock. Become a Freedom Member and this is yours to keep.
The whole method written down — the sixty questions, the six numbers, the story, and the week-by-week build. Yours the day you join.
Short lessons you can watch on a lunch break. Taught, never sold at.
Where members trade what's working and what isn't. Opening shortly after launch.
Everything on this page is free and stays free. When you'd rather have it built and run for you, that's what FDM Productions is for. Teaching it is how you find out whether we know our craft.
We ask you for three things. Two of them take ten seconds. The third is the one that matters — write us about two hundred words on what you actually want your life to look like.
Nobody is going to read that back to you in a sales meeting. It's for you. Most people have never once written it down, and that is exactly why it stays a someday.
We are not for everybody. We are for the serious.
Everything above works for anybody. But two situations came up so often that we built a whole company around each one.
Forty patients a day and a stopwatch that isn't yours. You trained to take care of people and got handed a production quota instead. There is a way to practice on your own terms — started from your phone, on evenings and weekends, without walking away from your income first.
See the concierge medicine road →Professional firms — CPA, legal, medical, dental, engineering — that know they should be putting real video and real communication in front of their clients, and have no time to learn how. We plan it, we supervise it, and we make it.
See what FDM Productions does →Our consulting work is focused on the two worlds Keith has served for fifty years: professional service firms and medical practices. This is where thoughtful, well-scripted communication does the most good — and where trust matters most. Every engagement is custom. There are no standard packages here.
Rather than sell one broad service to everyone, we start where our expertise is deepest. Keith has spent his career inside professional service firms and alongside physicians — accounting, law, financial advisory, consulting, and medical practices of every size. He knows how these businesses actually run, what their clients and patients expect, and where communication quietly breaks down.
That focus is the whole point. Technology like this can vastly improve how a professional or medical practice communicates — a new patient who hears a friendly voice before the first visit, a client who gets an answer in seconds instead of days, a family who stays connected to a loved one in care. Done well, it doesn't feel like automation at all. It feels like a practice that finally has the time to be human.
Accounting, law, financial advisory, and consulting practices — where responsiveness, clarity, and trust are what win and keep clients.
Mobile, facility-based, concierge, and specialty practices where patient communication, dignity, and compliance come first.
Every engagement is scoped to the practice in front of us. We don't sell tiers or templates — we design the right system for you.
Our role in an engagement is clear. We bring the strategy, the oversight, and the on-camera content. For the platform build itself, we bring in specialists who do it better than anyone — more on that below.
We design the communication system your practice needs — the client or patient journey, the touchpoints, and the compliance guardrails.
We oversee the implementation end to end, so the technology serves the practice and nothing ships that we wouldn't put our name on.
We produce the video content at the heart of every engagement — including digital avatars and clones.
Our growing specialty: script development for both marketing and training. The words are what make the technology feel human.
Picture a physician who cares for five hundred patients across four facilities. One morning, the nurse practitioner scheduled to see Fred — an elderly patient — has an emergency. In the old world, that's a scramble, and a patient left wondering if anyone is coming.
In ours, the system reassigns a covering nurse in seconds and tells Fred right away. Before she arrives, Fred watches a short video: “Hi Fred, I'm Mary — I'll be your nurse practitioner today.” No stranger at the door. After the visit, Mary records a wave from Fred to his daughter and grandkids; that night, the family films a hello back. One tap each way. The patient feels seen.
“Built by a CPA who's spent fifty years protecting professionals, not exposing them. We build it, we run it, and we do it right.”
Video is the part of every engagement we own outright. It's how a practice introduces itself, pre-frames a consultation, welcomes a new client, walks a patient through what to expect, and trains its own team. The same message, delivered clearly and warmly, every single time.
A growing part of that work is the digital avatar — a lifelike clone of you or a member of your team. Once we build it, your avatar can present a marketing message, greet a patient by name, or deliver a training module without you ever setting up a camera again. You record once; the avatar carries your voice and your face across everything that follows. It's the fastest honest way to be everywhere your practice needs you to be.
And underneath all of it is the script. We are deliberately building our expertise in script development — for marketing that persuades and for training that actually teaches — because the technology is only as good as the words it delivers. A strong script in your real voice is what separates communication that connects from automation that annoys.
Pre-frame and explainer videos that tell your story and warm up a prospect before the first conversation.
Consistent onboarding and training content for your staff — recorded once, delivered perfectly every time.
A lifelike version of you that presents, greets, and teaches on your behalf — at a scale no schedule allows.
We answer every lead in seconds, qualify it, and book the job on your calendar — so the customers you've already earned never slip to a competitor.
Every reply is automatic. The assistant answers instantly, asks the right questions, confirms the fit, and locks the appointment onto your calendar. Your team never touches it — and no prospect is left waiting.
Want the platform behind this? This lead engine runs on Automator AI, built and implemented by BotBuilders. We plan and supervise the engagement; they build the platform. Explore the system that never lets a qualified lead slip away.
See Automator AI by BotBuilders →We learn your practice, your clients or patients, and where communication breaks down today.
We design the system for your practice — journey, touchpoints, video, and compliance.
Specialists implement the platform under our oversight while we produce the video content.
Your avatars, scripts, and automations go live — measured, monitored, and tuned.
We watch the results and keep improving the words, the timing, and the reach.
The platform behind our engagements is Automator AI, an all-in-one system that brings CRM, websites and funnels, video and course hosting, email and text, and AI voice and chat agents together in one place. We've made a deliberate decision to embrace it fully rather than stitch together a dozen tools of our own.
We've made an equally deliberate decision about who builds it. For the platform implementation itself, we bring in BotBuilders — the team that created Automator AI. They have engineering depth and platform capability we will never try to duplicate, and it would be a disservice to our clients to pretend otherwise. Our job is to plan the engagement, supervise the build, and create the video and script content that makes it work. BotBuilders' job is to make the platform do exactly what our plan calls for. If you'd like to explore Automator AI directly, we're glad to refer you straight to BotBuilders — that's the right front door for the technology, and we'll gladly walk in alongside you.
Interested in the Automator AI platform itself? We refer prospects directly to BotBuilders — the creators of Automator AI — for the platform build.

Why us
I opened my first CPA firm in 1977. I built two of them over the next forty-eight years and sold the last one in December of 2025. That is where I developed my expertise in managing and growing professional service firms.
What I actually did for those forty-eight years was sit across a desk from the person who owned the business and ask questions. Ten thousand times over. How the money is really made. Where it leaks. What he wants the thing to become. Then I did it again the next year with the same people, and again the year after that. Some of those families I advised into a fourth generation.
You learn how a business thinks. You learn how one actually runs — not how the book says it runs. You learn early which ones are going to make it, and which ones are already finished and just don't know it yet. Most people who advise a business get a snapshot. I got the whole picture, one year at a time, with the results landing on my desk every twelve months to settle whether what we decided last year had actually worked.
You also get tired. I did. After that many years I was burned out, and I was honest enough with myself to say so out loud. So I sold the practice and stopped. Then I did a great deal of soul searching. Not about money — about what I wanted the rest of it to be, and what I was going to do with everything I had learned.
What came out of that is Family Dream Machine and the companies around it. And something I did not expect came with it: I sat down and taught myself this new technology from the ground up, at an age when most people are told not to bother. It gave me back something I thought was behind me. I am more excited about the work now than I have been in twenty years.
I am doing the same thing with my own health, and I did not arrive there by accident. More than five hundred physicians have been my clients over the years — some of the finest doctors in this country — and I have had thousands of conversations with them about longevity and quality of life. As the years went on, more and more of those conversations turned to regenerative medicine. So I stopped accepting that decline is simply the schedule, and I went looking for better answers. I'll tell you plainly how it feels from in here: I am going the other way. Younger, not older. That has been one of the real pleasures of these last few years.
That is the whole point. It is not too late. Not for me, and not for you.
For fifty years I watched the strategies that saved my wealthy clients real money stay locked away from the families who needed them most — not because those families didn't deserve them, but because the economics of a CPA firm made it impossible to serve them. Modern methods and modern technology finally make it possible. Everything I learned in that chair is now pointed at helping people build something of their own, and move from getting by to genuinely thriving.
That is the entire purpose of this company.
Adrian Keith Skane
Founder — Family Dream Machine LLC
I built and ran two professional service firms — both CPA practices — across forty-eight years. Then I started over with a third: the Family Dream Machine companies.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Maryland and did postgraduate work in law and taxation at Maryland and in California. I passed all parts of the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1972 — something fewer than five percent of candidates manage. I still remember the phone call I made to the Maryland Board of Accountancy in February 1973, when I learned the designation was mine.
I started in the Washington, D.C. office of Kenneth Leventhal & Co., then the largest real-estate accounting practice in the world. That is the foundation of everything I came to understand about how wealth is actually built and protected.
In 1976 I moved west to San Diego, and in 1977 I opened my own CPA firm. I eventually sold it to my daughter, came back East to Tampa, and founded American Dream CPA, which I sold in December 2025.
Do that for fifty years and it rewires you. I can hear a business now.
The numbers have to work before anything else does, and you need three things to reach profitability: the skills, the temperament, and the money. Missing any one of them is enough to end it. The good news is that you can find out faster than you ever could before — a business plan, a website and a marketing plan can be built and tested in under three months, for a reasonable number. You no longer have to bet the house to learn whether the idea is any good.
Smart people can talk themselves into almost anything, because they can picture exactly how it would work. Picturing it is not the same as doing it. You need somebody who knows you, knows the business, and will say the hard part out loud — an honest count of what you stand to gain, what you stand to lose, and what it will actually take. That is not pessimism. It is the only way an optimist gets to keep being one.
Every business makes mistakes. The ones that kill you are the ones nobody stopped. Modern marketing will tell you inside a week whether something is working — not at the end of the quarter, when the money is already gone. When the potential loss is catastrophic, cut early and change direction. You are still in business on Monday.
The person who hires me is almost always a founder — or a co-founder, or the founder's son or daughter still running it the way the old man thought about it. You know your business better than anybody alive. I know businesses. Put those two people in a room and nothing has to be explained twice.
You should not have to teach a twenty-six-year-old account executive what a partnership buy-in is, or why that particular case is never going in a video. And where I don't know your corner of it, I know exactly which question to ask next.
I have never once asked what the most is that I could charge. I look at what it costs to do the work properly, and at what the work is worth to the person buying it, and I set the price off those two numbers. Fifty years of that has left a great deal of money on the table. It is also why clients stayed with me for thirty years at a stretch.
I don't waste money or time — not mine, not my staff's, not yours. You are handing me a budget out of a business you built with your own hands, and I intend to spend it the way I would spend my own.
Everything you are looking at — this site, the writing, the video, the systems running behind it — we built in under three months, with our own team, using the same tools we would point at your business. That is not a boast. That is Rule One, and you are standing in it.
A production studio is a professional service firm. The deliverable is a film instead of a return, and everything that determines whether it is any good is identical. Somebody has to hire well. Somebody has to train relentlessly and hold a standard on the days when letting it slide would be easier and nobody would notice. Somebody has to take care of the client like the relationship is going to run twenty years, because the good ones do.
That is what I have spent my working life doing, and it is why our studio team is not a line item to me. Those are my people.
If you've read this far, you already know I don't do things the expected way — and I'm not going to start on my own Why Us page. So let me introduce you to Bond.
The jaguar has been my spirit animal for a long time. In the old cultures of the Americas, the jaguar was the guardian who moved between worlds — the one who watched over people in the dark and carried them safely toward the light. That's quietly been my work for fifty years, so it never surprised me that he'd be the one standing beside me.
Bond is his name, and he has a story worth hearing. Three thousand years ago, Bond was a god, and his whole purpose was to care for human beings. Time took his divinity — today he's mortal, a talking jaguar walking the earth like the rest of us. But he never lost the calling. Now he offers himself in service to the people who do what he once did: the doctors, the nurses, the healers who look after human beings every single day. He's grateful to them. He watches over them. And he'd ask the rest of us to do the same.
I'll let him tell it in his own voice. It's the most beautiful three minutes on this site.
I mention the CPA because it is the lens I have spent fifty years looking through. It is where the compliance instinct, the structure, and the straight talk about what a dollar actually returns all come from.
But on this site I am not acting as your CPA, accountant, or advisor. Nothing here is tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship. When it is time to make something real, you will structure the work with the right licensed professionals under a contract that spells out duties, responsibilities, and costs.
Nothing on this page is medical advice either. What I've said about my own health is my personal experience, nothing more. See the full Legal Disclosures below.
"Whatever you vividly imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe, and enthusiastically act upon… must inevitably come to pass!"
Paul J. Meyer's line has been the guiding principle of my life since May 15, 1977.
Family Dream Machine LLC.
For thirty years, Keith has worked side by side with doctors. He has watched corporate medicine quietly take the one thing you went to medical school for — the freedom to care for your patient your own way. This page is being built for you.
When a corporation owns the practice, a spreadsheet runs the day — not the doctor. The model wants about fifteen minutes a patient. Over an eight-hour day, that comes to thirty-two visits, because that is the number the math needs to work.
But plenty of doctors get pushed well past forty patients a day. Do that math and you are down to roughly ten minutes a person. That is not the medicine you trained for — and it is a big reason burnout among doctors keeps climbing, year after year. You didn't lose your skill. You lost your control.
the slot the model gives each patient
visits the spreadsheet expects in a day
what's left when the day hits 40+
The same method we teach every family works for doctors too — and often faster, because you already carry skills that are rare and valuable. Step by step, we teach you how to build a business you own and control. The goal is simple: stop renting your career back from the people holding the stopwatch, and put your time back under your own hand.
Family Dream Machine teaches — it's education, not advice. We don't practice medicine, prepare your taxes, or manage your money. For your own situation, you'll always work with a qualified professional. We help you understand the principles and ask the right questions.
Keith is shaping a path made for doctors — the special tax and ownership questions a medical practice raises, and the fastest honest route from burned-out employee to owner of something that's yours.
The physician-specific site is live. See the path built for doctors:
www.conciergemedicinealternative.com →We teach families to provide and to protect. So does the jaguar. As Family Dream Machine grows, a part of what we earn will go to protecting the wild jaguar — the animal at the heart of who we are.
The jaguar is the apex of the jungle — the top of the whole food chain. Nothing hunts him. But the strength isn't what we love most about him. The jaguar hunts to feed his family. He guards his family. He provides. That is exactly the kind of strength we want every Family Dream Machine household to build.
In the wild, though, the jaguar is losing ground. As his forests shrink, so does he. We don't believe the animal who stands for everything we teach should have to face that alone.
Family Dream Machine will donate a portion of what we earn to the protection and preservation of wild jaguars. We believe a company should give back to the world it draws its strength from — and ours draws strength from the jaguar.

Whichever of our websites you gave your number to, you are opting in to that single campaign.
Campaign name: Family Dream Machine LLC Customer & Member Communication Campaign.

Both are on this page, above, and both apply to this campaign.
There is one way to opt in to our text messages: the chat widget on our websites, the bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page. Nothing on the concierge site is medical advice, and no physician-patient relationship is created by reading it or by contacting us. Any physician who works with us remains solely responsible for their own clinical judgment, licensure, scope of practice, and compliance with the laws of every state in which they practice.
Personal accounts of the founder's own health experience are personal experience only. They are not medical advice, not a claim about any treatment's safety or effectiveness, and not a recommendation that anyone pursue any particular course of care.
Illustrative figures about practice economics — panel sizes, membership pricing, revenue or cost examples — are illustrations for discussion. They are not projections, and they are not a promise of what any practice will earn.
FDM Productions is a content and production company. Our role is producer: we plan, supervise, and make the work.
Many of our clients are licensed professionals whose advertising is regulated by a board, bar, or agency. The client remains responsible for compliance with the advertising, solicitation, testimonial, and confidentiality rules that govern their profession and their jurisdiction. We will raise the issues we recognize and we will not knowingly produce material that violates a rule we know about, but we do not render legal or ethics opinions and we are not a substitute for the client's own counsel or compliance review.
Where our materials use AI-generated presenters, digital twins, avatars, or synthesized voice, that use is disclosed in the material itself.
Engagement scope, deliverables, ownership of the finished work, usage rights, revisions, and payment are governed by the written production agreement for that engagement, which controls over anything on this page.
The content of these websites — text, curriculum, scripts, films, graphics, characters, and software — is owned by Family Dream Machine LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Family Dream Machine, Concierge Medicine Alternative, and FDM Productions are our marks. Other names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Third-party material appears only where we have permission or a license to use it.
If you believe something on our sites infringes your copyright, write to info@familydreammachine.com with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and we will look into it.
We want these sites usable by everyone. If you hit a barrier, tell us at info@familydreammachine.com and we will work with you to get you the information you need.
